At Make Your Own Perfume, we want you to love your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all custom and curated fragrances. If your unique blend isn't quite right, we provide easy returns and complimentary reformulations to ensure you find your perfect match.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Fragrance

  Securely place the perfume bottle in its original packaging and protective sleeve to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our scent lab inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next creation within 5-7 business days.
