How do I start creating my custom fragrance?
Simply visit our 'Create' page where you can select your base notes, heart notes, and top notes from our curated library of premium essences. Our guided interface helps you balance the composition for a professional result.
What is the quality of the ingredients used?
We use only high-grade, ethically sourced essential oils and aroma compounds. All our fragrances are paraben-free, phthalate-free, and cruelty-free, ensuring a safe and luxurious experience for your skin.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since each bottle is hand-blended to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a custom-made perfume?
Because custom fragrances are uniquely formulated for you, we cannot accept returns. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or there is a technical error with your order, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you offer sample sizes before I commit to a full bottle?
Yes! We offer a 'Discovery Trio' set where you can order three 5ml custom samples to test your creations on your skin before purchasing a full 50ml or 100ml bottle.
